  • Athletes will only see a Doctor if the Athletic Trainer feels the injury requires further assistance.

  • All types of athletes will be seen, including competitive and non-competitive junior high, high school, collegiate, and recreational athletes.

  • A parent must accompany those under 18 years of age.

  • A signed consent is necessary for those under 18 years of age before any treatment or diagnostic tests can be performed.

  • Any braces or supplies given must be paid for at time of service. Charges of x-rays will be billed to the patient's insurance.
