Lindell is a Physical Therapist who graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. He has had experience throughout the continuum of care, including the acute care setting of the hospital, the rehabilitation setting, the outpatient setting, as well as the long term care setting of the nursing facilities. Lindell has had experience working with age groups ranging from infancy to the school-aged to the geriatric.   Sarah is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis in 2000 with a Bachelors degree. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is experienced in the treatment of a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is also proficient in the areas of wound care, balance assessment, and rehabilitation of the geriatric patient. She is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor, and enjoys participating in the education of physical therapy students.

Kelly is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Northwestern University in 2007 with her doctorate in physical therapy and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Greenville College.  She has gained significant clinical experience throughout the United States including studies at the world-renowned Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.  Kelly’s professional focus is in the area of orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and sports medicine.   She is passionate about helping people regain their functional ability so they can fully participate and enjoy their lives.

Zenda is an Occupational and Certified Hand Therapist and functions as the manager of Occupational Therapy. She graduated in 1986 from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. In 1994, she began treating patients in the U.S. She specializes in hand rehabilitation, splinting, work conditioning / hardening, and injury prevention. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and proficient in wound care. She is a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator and performs Job Placement Screenings and Functional Assessments.   Cheryl is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who graduated from Rend Lake College. She also has a Bachelors degree in Community Health Education from SIU Carbondale, and is completing her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Findlay Ohio. She is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist with special interest in work hardening, functional capacity evaluations, and provides treatments in the hand therapy and work conditioning area.

Courtney is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Kaskaskia College in 2005. She has experience in acute and outpatient rehabilitation. Courtney is an APTA member and has a special interest in aquatic therapy.   Darlene is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated in 2000. She is a member of the APTA and is experienced in geriatric rehabilitation.

Troy is a Certified Athletic Trainer who graduated from Western Illinois University in 2005. Troy has experience in acute athletic injuries and outpatient orthopedics. He provides coverage at Effingham High School as well as onsite at Biomax Rehab. He has a special interest in bracing.   Lisa is an Athletic Trainer who graduated from Milikin University in Decatur, IL. She currently provides Athletic Training services for Newton High School and onsite at Biomax Rehab. She is proficient in isokinetic testing as well as measuring and fitting of braces. She is a Clinical Instructor for Eastern Illinois University.

Pat joined the Biomax staff in 1995. She provides excellent support for all Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Athletic Training staff. She performs isokinetic testing, EPIC testing and modified Bruce testing. She also assists in job placement screenings.
