Lindell is a Physical Therapist who graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. He has had experience throughout the continuum of care, including the acute care setting of the hospital, the rehabilitation setting, the outpatient setting, as well as the long term care setting of the nursing facilities. Lindell has had experience working with age groups ranging from infancy to the school-aged to the geriatric. He is also a credentialed clinical instructor.   Kristyn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis in 2011.  She gained an assortment of clinical experience in inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings.  Kristyn is a member of the APTA and has presented research at the annual APTA Combined Sections Meeting. She is also a credentialed clinical instructor.

Brock is a licensed Physical Therapist who received his Masters of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University in 2009.  He has gained post graduate clinical experience working mostly in the Outpatient orthopedic setting at UAP Bone and Joint Center while also gaining experience in acute care and medical rehabilitation settings.  Brock has been exposed to a variety of diagnoses and age groups during his experience and enjoys the diversity of patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting.

Zenda is an Occupational and Certified Hand Therapist and functions as the manager of Occupational Therapy. She graduated in 1986 from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. In 1994, she began treating patients in the U.S. She specializes in hand rehabilitation, splinting, work conditioning / hardening, and injury prevention. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and proficient in wound care. She is a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator and performs Job Placement Screenings and Functional Assessments.  

Heather is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN in 1997.  She has had experience throughout the continuum of care, including the acute care setting of the hospital, the rehabilitation setting and home care.  Heather enjoys working with all types of diagnoses and also enjoys assisting clients in returning to full function in their daily lives including return to work.  Heather’s primary focus at Biomax is to assist clients with return to work via the work hardening & work conditioning program, functional capacity evaluations and pre-employment job screening.

Lori is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from San Jose State University in 1992. She became certified in hand therapy in 2002. Lori has experience in hand rehabilitation, work conditioning, splinting and geriatrics. Lori grew up in Altamont Illinois and now resides in Bishop Creek with her husband Ed and children

Brittney is a licensed physical therapist assistant who graduated from Lake Land College in 2014. She has experience in a variety of settings including hospital acute care, geriatric extended care and outpatient facilities. She enjoys working in the orthopedic setting.

  Darlene graduated from Lake Land College in 2000 and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.  She has experience in a wide range of therapy settings including home therapy, working with children birth to three years of age, hospital acute and progressive rehabilitation, and geriatric extended care.  Darlene enjoys working with all age groups in the Orthopedic setting.

Troy is a Certified Athletic Trainer who graduated from Western Illinois University in 2005. Troy has experience in acute athletic injuries and outpatient orthopedics with special interests in bracing.   He provides coverage at Effingham High School as well as onsite at Biomax Rehab in addition to being a Clinical Instructor for Eastern Illinois University.

  Lisa is an Athletic Trainer who graduated from Milikin University in Decatur, IL. She currently provides Athletic Training services for Altamont High School and onsite at Biomax Rehab. She is proficient in isokinetic testing as well as measuring and fitting of braces. She is a Clinical Instructor for Eastern Illinois University.

Jordan is a Certified Athletic Trainer who graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2012. She has experience working with multiple levels of athletes ranging from youth to professionsal. She provides Athletic Training services to St. Anthony High School as well a onsite at Biomax Rehabilitation.

 

Suzy is a Certified Athletic Trainer who graduated from Western Illinois University in 2016. Suzy provides Athletic Training services for Teutopolis High School and onsite at Biomax Rehabilitation. She has experience in prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic and other orthopedic injuries with individuals ranging from youth to geriatric.

Pat joined the Biomax staff in 1995. She provides excellent support for all Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Athletic Training staff. She performs isokinetic testing, EPIC testing and modified Bruce testing. She also assists in job placement screenings.
